Welcome to our Terms and Conditions for the "How to Pay Your Mortgage in 7-10 Years and still have fun" Course. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Freehold Express Limited of 3/301 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch, the Course provider, and the participant ("Participant/s," "you," or "your") of the "How to Pay Your Mortgage in 7-10 Years and still have fun" course ("Course").

By enrolling and participating in the course, you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Course Overview
  2. Our course consists of seven modules that equip participants with strategies and tools to pay off their mortgage within 7-10 years.

    Upon enrolment, participants are entitled to three complimentary personal online support sessions within the initial six weeks, followed by monthly online support sessions until 12 months after your purchase. To redeem these support sessions, participants must schedule a Mortgage Action Plan Chat via our website www.fhx.co.nz. While these sessions complement the course content, they do not constitute personalised financial advice. For tailored financial advice you must consult a qualified financial adviser or planner.

    Free courses with a mortgage are subject to an assessment to ensure that lenders and our client criteria can be met.

  3. Delivery
  4. We’ll email you your course login credentials as soon as we process your payment.

  5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  6. We offer a money-back guarantee to eligible participants who have only watched the Introduction and Module One of the Course and decide not to continue with the course after completing Module One. To qualify for a refund, you must notify Freehold Express Limited via email at admin@fhx.co.nz within 7 days of purchasing the course confirming your decision not to proceed with the Course. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your notification. Please note that the guarantee is void if you have watched more than the Introduction and Module One and/or if you fail to notify admin@fhx.co.nz of your intention not to proceed within 7 days of purchasing the Course.

  7. Limitation of Liability
  8. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the course content. The course is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the information provided in the course and that Freehold Express Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from your participation in the course.

    You understand that not every participant in the course will be able to repay their home loan in 7 – 10 years. The course material shows the possibility of how this can be achieved but we make no guarantees as every personal financial situation is different. Conversely, you also understand that some participants will pay their mortgage off faster than 7 years.

  9. Intellectual Property Rights
  10. All course materials, such as videos, audio recordings, and written content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Freehold Express Limited and are protected by original copyright laws. By enrolling in the course, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any course materials. 

Freehold Express Plan Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions for the Freehold Express Plan. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Freehold Express Limited (“FEL”) of 3/301 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch and the client ("Client/s,” "you," or "your") of the Freehold Express Plan (“the Plan”).

By registering for a Freehold Express Plan and participating in the online training session, you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Delivery
  2. If you wish to proceed with implementing the Plan after receiving your free Mortgage Analysis a $500 deposit is payable. FEL then arranges a convenient time with you for your online training session to show you how to achieve the results shown in your Mortgage Analysis while you maintain your existing lifestyle. A Plan tailored to your individual financial circumstances is then produced using FEL’s proprietary mortgage planning software and a Statement of Advice (instructions) is also prepared. It takes two weeks to prepare your tailored plan.

    The online training is completed and FEL provides you with the intellectual property used during the training. You are then obliged to pay the $5,000 balance of FEL’s fee. FEL offers a $500 prompt payment discount if you pay $4,500 after your online training session. Clear funds must be in FEL’s bank account the next business day after the training. Credentials to your mortgage planning software and online tools are provided to you after your payment is processed.

  3. Payment Options
  4. OPTION ONE.
    A $500 deposit is paid when you register for a Plan. You agree to pay the $5,000 balance of the Plan fee fourteen days after you have received the Plan and online training when you are shown how to achieve the results in your Mortgage Analysis and provided additional strategies that can be used to beat the results shown. Total payment is $5,500 less the $500 prompt payment discount if applied. Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.

    OPTION TWO.
    After you receive your Mortgage Analysis and choose to proceed with the Plan you can make 12 monthly payments of $595 by credit card totalling $7,140.

  5. Fees
  6. There are no ongoing fees for the Plan. We may charge a booking fee of $100 + GST for additional training and additional Plan Updates.

  7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  8. You can cancel this agreement within fourteen days of paying your deposit and/or registering for the Plan by emailing admin@fhx.co.nz You must receive a reply email from FEL acknowledging receipt of your cancellation or you must verify that FEL received your cancellation or accept that the agreement was not cancelled within 14 days. Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

  9. Disclosure Statement
  10. You agree to read FEL’s publicly available Disclosure Statement

  11. Client Acknowledgements
  12. You acknowledge that the information that you provided to FEL to prepare your Mortgage Analysis is correct and it is representative of your current lifestyle and known future income and expenses. You acknowledge that to achieve the results shown in the Plan, you must maintain your existing lifestyle and follow the Plan and associated implementation strategies. You acknowledge that you presently have no plans in place to pay your mortgage off early and how you intend to repay your debts is correctly set out in your Mortgage Analysis. You acknowledge that you are unaware of how to achieve the results shown in your Mortgage Analysis. You acknowledge that that you must implement the Plan strategies and loan structure with your lender unless you enter a separate agreement authorising FEL to act for you with lenders. You acknowledge that the Plan and associated mortgage advice is limited to the liabilities set out on page four of your Mortgage Analysis, unless any additional borrowing has subsequently been obtained by FEL. You acknowledge that this agreement is both subject to, and joined to, the General Disclaimer shown on page one of your Mortgage Analysis.

  13. Intellectual Property Rights
  14. All materials, such as the Mortgage Analysis, Freehold Express Plan, online tools and written content whether marked confidential information or not, are the exclusive intellectual property of Freehold Express Limited and are protected by original copyright laws. By registering for a Plan and participating the FEL’s online training, you agree not to publish, discuss, copy, reproduce or distribute FEL’s intellectual property or modify, or create derivative works based on any of FEL’s materials. 

  15. Breach
  16. You understand that you cannot profit or obtain advantage directly or indirectly from any breach of this agreement. You understand that if you breach this agreement that FEL may immediately terminate all services at its sole discretion and that you may be held accountable for any losses or damages incurred by FEL because of any breach.
